Default Dual rear spring mount modification

Hey guys, I have been installing the VB&P dual spring mounts and remembered talking to Mike/Tracdog about how weak the rear crossmember is. So I called him today and discussed the best way to stiffen it up for the dual mount. He had me cut some black pipe and weld it inside the crossmember where the bolts are installed. This should help keep the rear crossmember from collapsing. I have added a few pics to give you an idea what I am talking about.

I am almost finished with the crossmember and decided to add another piece of mind to it. The bolts that hold the differential in place could use some extra strength. See the pics below to see what I came up with.

I cut and drilled a plate to add support

Finally, I think it is completed!

I just welded mine, while it's out you may want to consider it?

Wow that is nice work. I think I will make the same modifications to mine when I install my rear dual mount spring.
