Default Heater/AC Vacuum Lines Don't Match Diagram

I purchased an AC/Heater vacuum line kit from Willcox and I noticed a discrepancy between the diagram that came with it, and how the car is actually hooked up. I included two pictures. The water shut-off switch on the diagram shows the white hose being closest to the plunger switch. However, original setup on the car had the black (source line) being closest to the plunger. You can see in the pics that the original setup doesn't look like it could be reversed. Is the Willcox diagram wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Dave J:

Thanks for taking the time to reply. That does look closer to what I have. It looks like the only difference is that your picture shows the third, and non-used port being closest to the plunger end. However, on mine it's furthest away. Weird

Either would work fine, this switch is a "block it" or "pass it" vacuum switch. As long as the nipple connected to the white hose leads to the water valve you should be okay. I would install it just as it came off the original switch.

I had a feeling it wouldn't matter, just didn't want to take any chances.

Thanks!
