Default 1973 corvette starting and running issues?

I just rebuilt a small block engine for my 1973 corvette, I went ot hook everything up and the car will start, I just cant add any throttle to it because it sounds like it isnt getting enough fuel. the problem is that it is getting enough fuel, and its a new carborator, fuel pump, fuel line, fuel tank, everything is new. timing is all new as well. I just dont know what to do any suggestions?

I would suggest not asking about it in the C7 section

I'd pose that question in the correct section below but before I did, I would read up on your issue. Many may have had the same issue.

Anthony,

You will need to provide much more info to get some good help here. My suggestion would be to double check these things:
Timing order, trace all plug wires back to cap
Carb setting, idle mixture 1.5 turns from soft seat
Rough timing. This is tough but you need to be able to dial it in quick.
Vacuum holes plugged. Disconnect systems that could leak
Let us know if this helps and please add info so we can be more specific
