Question: are the turbos simply "bolted on" to the headers or did you also make some support brackets?
I "almost" bought those headers off ebay as well, but wasn't sure they would fit….I know now….hmmm already stared modifying my truck manifolds….headers do look bad *** though...
Correct, the manifolds are well done and support them just fine. I will support them off the head regardless. I tried truck manifolds and they would not clear for me.

Holley Hi-Ram is ordered with the billet 12-1800 e85 1200whp pump.

Just need some 210lb injectors and billet tb and we fire it!

I can't recall 100% due to it being a long time ago, but I think it hit the frame by the a-arm or the a-arm. I hit the shop this weekend to install the intake and cut the hood and I'll mock them up and take a picture for you.

yeah after looking at your pictures, my engine on the stand, my manifolds, I can see where the driver side would hit the control arm if pointed forward and down like I intended to do…bleh…running them forward and up looks goofy to me…bummer, guess I probably should order those ebay hearders...

Yep, Also it won't clear truck accessories unless you cut all the way back and v-band on an angle.

yeah I've already cut mine up, ordered the V bands for them, then saw your thread lol… I thought about having the passager side forward, which I think would clear, and the driver side to its normal position and make it do a U from there to go for ward and tuck that pipe in, but without the motor in the car, it's all a guess on my part...

How much boost are you planning to run and what is your expected hp?

Are you going to be able to put the stock headlights back in? Very nice project by the way.

We are not, the cooling effect of the e85 in the combustion chamber should be very efficient, local shop truck drives to and back from the track and runs a mid 8 with my setup but fully built 6 bolt motor for a few years now.

Our only goal is to drive to the the track and run a 8.9x ET and drive home. Then we will race true street class.

I am converting to electric headlights that are inserted into the body, not flip ups or vacuum.

Ordered our new 200lb injectors, dual 044 pumps and brackets, 92mm tb, balancer, and few more odd and ends.

We are going to Outlaw Armageddon and staying in OKC from Friday to Sunday. We will see how we feel Sunday if we want to finish writing the tune and fire it. I don't like working on it when tired because we can't miss anything.

What factors did you consider when you settled on the 201 lb injectors for E85?

At 85% dc with e85 on 58psi 160lb would support 1000fwhp. Scott clark, my tuner, is very comfortable with going to 1100fwhp. So to cause no restriction I went 200lb.

At 85% dc, e85, 58psi, and 200lb it would support 1250fwhp comfortably. Even more at 90% dc.

ok, just curious. I'm not very knowledgeable, but that is a lot of fuel. I'm looking at almost half that for 900 chp and E85.
