I took my wife out today to put the first mile on the odometer. She took a couple videos...

Man Neil the videos are great. The sound of the car just cruising sounds awesome. If those videos don't get anyone juiced up about what all these projects are about, man! I can't wait to just finish my little base model car and do that. You must feel pretty pleased.
Great job!

Thank you so much! It was a great feeling to be able to share the project with my wife. All of you have really helped push me to get me out in the garage even when I wasn't that motivated to do so.

Looking good. There is not too much better than cruising down Bayshore in that, I'm sure.

I got the door panels installed. I went with stock-style C3 standard trim panels, but I like how it works with the rest of the interior. I think I will probably end up powder coating the inside door handles all black or restore them to black/chrome.

It is a Safecraft Halon fire extinguisher with a Brey Krause C5 mount that was modified to fit the C3 seat bracket.

I went with some buddies to a couple of Cars and Coffee events this morning, so I guess it's officially a car at this point!
