Looking For Better Small Hose Clamps
I'm fighting a small leak on the return hose, low pressure side, for my PS pump. It's getting annoying!! It' also in a very congested spot. I have two generic hose clamps on it now and it still leaks. Looking for better clamps. Any ideas??

I would say the hose is rotted or split, the clamp(s) are not the problem.....
If you replace the hose use hot oil rated hose, like for tranny coolers, and don't overtighten the clamps.
BTW, nice pic!!

Cut off the top inch if you have enough slack or get a new hose.

you need the correct hose with the fitting if you replace it, see the link below

Hose clamps with the screw/square nut will solve this issue. You can really tighten down on them.

When I have to use 2 clamps I offset the screws 180 degrees

For low pressure hose, any hydraulic-capable hose will do, so you should just replace it. BUT...replace it with the CORRECT size hose for your system The hose I.D. must be a bit smaller than the tubing diameter of the fitting on which it will be placed (this does not include the added size of any protrusion on that tube fitting).
If the hose is too large for the fitting, IT WILL NOT SEAL...no matter which clamp you use nor how much you tighten it. Chances are that your old hose has expanded from years of oil and heat getting to it; so it will no longer seal to your pump fitting. I highly recommend that you replace the hose and NOT just cut off the end of it so you can re-use it.

Try to find clamps without the perforations. Central Tractor Supply has SS clamps similar to this:

This is not the final hose routing, but you can get the idea of the return pipe I used.
