4 Corvettes only 1 wave

I finally got back the the US from being in Japan and drove my Corvette for the first time today. I saw 4 other Corvettes........2 C4's 1 C5 and a C3.
Can anyone guess which one waved??? Only one did. I'll post the answer in a few hours.

I keep waving at corvettes and they keep looking at me like I'm an idiot. But then, that's probably because I keep forgetting the vette's in the garage & I'm driving a beat up '82 Chevy half ton when I'm waving. . . .

I'm beginning to think that New Englanders are the best wavers. I average about 70% wave backs. :seeya :cheers:

"But did they see you?" I hear you there! I was out last Friday chasin' down some Thai food and a guy comes the other way in a yellow, steel bumper C3. I didn't see him until the last minute and he was waving like crazy. I managed to wave back in the nick of time :lol:

Then Saturday I cruise over to a buddies house. See an anniversary C3, wave, he didn't wave back. Then I saw a mid-year vert, waved, no wave back.

I don't even bother waving at C5's anymore unless they initiate. There are thousands of them in AZ and I know this isn't the case for all C5 owners, but them beotches don't have the time. Like I care :D

I'll keep waving at C4's and older until I'm batting under 100 :cheers:

C5s don't wave to often. Mostly because they are the newbies and do not know about the wave.

Of Course, I own a C5, but my first was a C2. Time permitting I tell the C5ers about the wave and most say they did not know.

It is just a fun thing anyway and has been discussed for as long as I can remember. :)

All of them saw me and yes I waved 4 times. The first one was a C4 turning left out of a gas station.....he looked right at me....no wave. The C5 was coming the other way on a 2 lane road at about 40 mph.....again no wave. The next one was another C4 in a parking lot....how could this guy not see me.....no wave. The last one was a C3 rubber bumper convertible...a 74 or 75 with a later model C3 rear bumper with the integrated spoiler (what year did that start..79, 80, 81 or 82???) big old wave from him. Oh well...I'll keep waving.
