Default Carb change and vac hose help

I replace the qjet with an edelbrock 1406. Now I have some hoses that I think I need to route. Can any one tell me what these are for? I figured the rest out. These two on the left

The open ports in the lower right, and the metal one that comes from the hoses coming out of the cooling system. Hester???

What year is your Vette? There are vacuum diagrams for each year and engine combination.

Thanks for the links. My Vette is an 81. Little complicated by the fact that I pulled the air pump and changed the exhaust to flowmaster force 2 system. Runs sooooo much better!
