It's always something...(power steering valve) LEAK when turned full left...
After re-building the front brake system on my vette, I noticed that when my wheels is turned full left(i think its left..) the power steering valve leaks..
Any idea if that means it's shot or that an extended hose may be leaking...
In other words, if I'm center I do not see any leaks... only turned full left...

Where is the leak coming from. If it's coming from the reservoir I'd check the fluid level in the pump. You may have to much fluid in the pump.

Go get a can of Brake Cleaner.. spray off all the items with it.. Brake cleaner will evaporate all the existing fluids so you can see where the leak is coming from easier.. thanks for the orders too..

Of course it's always something, otherwise we'd just get bored
Could be the power ram too, easy fix with a seal kit for a few dollars.

I had a hole in the return line that would leak when the wheel was turned as the hose opened up the hole more as it was stretched. Its lower pressure so it may not be visible when not being moved. You may neeed an assistant to turn the wheels while you watch. Hopefully its an easy fix for you or inexpensive. Use the break cleaner or a rag to clean it up with the motor off so you can see whats going on when you start it
Good luck!!

You should consider replacing all the hoses as they all might be the same age. That is what I did just to be safe. Congratulations on the easy fix!

That's good news! Be sure to use the proper wrench for these lines as they tend to be quite stubborn.
