Radio help, please!
The car is a '73, so looking for white numerals. I do not want a Ken Harrison, that's what is being replaced.
Thanks for any feed back!

Most of the vendors here carry radios such as this one that ZIP Products has...
"New technology meets classic styling with this radio designed for the 1968-1976 Corvettes. Features include a heavy metal face with large metal push buttons similar to your original radio.
Behind the factory style face is the latest technology including a AM/FM stereo radio with a digital LCD display, scan function, auxiliary input for IPod (rear input with extension cable), RCA jacks, CDC (CD Changer) compatible, remote control, and 180 watts over 4 channels. Newly released model also features a USB port so that you have the latest in mobile music functionality. Direct fit chassis to eliminate any modifications to your Corvette's instrument cluster bezel."
Check with your favorite vendor to see what they carry. Most, including Zip carry a variety of replacement radios from about $200 to $600.
For an original radio, your best bet is to head up to Carlisle in a couple of weeks and look for one there. My '73 has a mono radio and a few years back I stumbled across a stereo radio with the correct convector for the right price at Carlisle and picked it up. There's sure to be some there.
Good luck... GUSTO
It's a great opportunity to see samples of what you might want, as well as look for some of those NOS parts you're dying to replace on your car. Often times you'll find someone selling the very radio (or other item) you're looking for that they never installed or removed from a car, for a fraction of what it is selling for new.
