Holley 750cfm 4 barrel Carb?? Need help identifying

Holley 750cfm 4 barrel Carb?? Need help identifying
Hi guys, I've been searching through the internet for most of the morning trying to identify my carb and find a rebuild kit for it.
What I know is that it a Four Barrel Carb without a choke plate section. On the top it says 6R2762. The Base plate has R4770B on it, and each of the Butterflies say 172.
The primary Metering plate has 5571 33102 on it, and the vacuum secondary has 7003 33101. That's about all I know.
Can anybody help me out confirming its model and point me in the direction of a rebuild kit? When I search 3310 Holley Rebuild kit I can't find one.
