Who is the best to convert clock from original mechanical movement to quartz movement?

So you'll likely get better results in the C2 section but:
Converting a clock from mechanical to quartz is a pretty easy do-it-yourself project for a C3. Hardest part is getting the clock out of the dash.

Anyone who is good with small, detailed work can do that job. Not difficult...but you do need a basic skill-set.

If you're not comfortable buying the conversion kit, and doing it yourself, all or most of the above, should be able to do a quartz clock conversion.

I just received the new AC Delco reproduction quartz clock I ordered from Corvette Central. I put it next to the original clock and can't tell any difference, $59.96.
