Default Help with the identification of a NOS engine?

So I ended up in possession of a factory NOS engine that I believe is for a 1970 Corvette. It's a CTH so I believe that means it's a 350hp 350 L46

I'm thinking that V means it's made in Flynt MI, The 0I26 I think means it's assembled in Sep 26th 1970. The date codes on the block and the heads are all January, though. It even came with a distributor with a date code of December 1969. I find it odd that it isn't a CE, but I think there's some controversy on when GM started using CE on their engines.

Anyway, can I get some confirmation that I'm correct here from you guys? I feel like I'm not quite as certain as I should be before I sell this thing

Bonus picture of the beautiful bottom-end, because it's just too damn good looking not to share

I currently have a 1969 dated CE block in my car ("CE9"). CE blocks also have an assembly month stamped on the starter pad. What I find interesting about mine is that at 37,963 serial you would think that would be near the end of the calendar year (how many did they really need to make?) but yet the assembly month says February.

V indicates the Flint Engine Assembly Plant at Flint, Michigan. All C3 small block engines were assembled at Flint.

0I26 is January 26th.
