Default Passenger side headlight won't lower.

Lately the passenger side headlight on my 73 will not lower....Raises fine but will only lower if I apply just a LITTLE force to close it..

If it will close at a higher engine rpm you have a little vacuum leak somewhere. Does your vacuum reservoir bleed off pretty fast?

Where exactly is the vacuum reservoir? I'm guessing I can find it...

The reservoir is under the left fender directly to the left of the brake booster. It's about 8" X 12" X 12". If your reservoir still has the original hoses attached to it one or more of the hoses may have a small split. The reservoir should be able to retain vacuum at lease overnight.

If the other side works properly then the reservoir is probably good, test the actuator first,
