Default Speeddirect Spreader Bar no longer available?

Hey guys, I was looking to pick up a spreader bar for my 79. From what I've read, the SpeedDirect spreader bar is the only one that will fit cars with the stock mechanical fan and shroud setup. However I no longer see the spreader bar on SpeedDirect's website. Anyone know if they are still made?

Good find! Thanks, If I give it a shot I'll post back here to let people know if that one works with the stock fan.

Years ago when I bought mine I gave them my CF name and got $10 discount. Don't know if they do that any more but call and place the order.

I just bought mine through Van Steel. Nice unit and it included all the hardware and instillation instructions. Plus 5% discount if you are a CF member.

Thats what I have and it's nice and will clear the mechanical fan setup with about 1/4" of clearance under the water pump pulley.

I think Duck Hunt for NES Nintendo had more pixels than that photo.

I mean it all in fun. I'm in a weird super hyper mood- I have been busting my *** trying to get a new job because my current boss has been working me into the ground and I thought I had totally bombed the interview and just found out I'm at the top of the stack to get the job, so I'm in a weirdly happy mood.

That's funny cause I was just thinking "how did he fit a camera down there? I want a camera that small!"

Don't know if it is still offered but I do have it on my 78 with the stock mechanical fan and shroud...tight fit but works perfectly. Great addition to C3's............

For what it's worth....vb&p spreader here. It fit well with the sbc and serpentine setup from a late 3rd gen fbody. It had plenty of room for the new ls3.
