Default Another header question

1975 corvette, 383, stock rams horns, alum heads, dual exhaust, power brakes, borgeson box. I can't run long tubes because of ground clearance and the steep parking lot driveways where I live. Is there any benefit in changing to shorty headers? If so, is anyone running shortys that clear the box and still leave room to bolt up?
Thanks.
Stump

They are lighter but not a huge performance improvement if any over stock ram horns.

Mine clear the Borgeson but I had to dimple one tube slightly.

I've used Hooker and Flowtech without clearance problems you must be low low low.

I have Hooker Super Comp headers and they are not the lowest part of the car.
