This lever is simply "popped" into the hole.
There are no set screws or any other mechanical fastener.

thank you that's great. That's the first time something actually was as easy as it looked, unfortunately my luck never follows suit lol. My turn signals work but wipers do not. I believe it could be the ground that would come down thru the fire wall into the car because I have a couple ground not connected by my radio area. One of them off coarse is for the missing radio. I don't want to just start connecting stuff and make matters worse. Any suggestions

I would "bench test" the wiper motor itself to make sure it works when the proper signals are present. You should be able to do this while its in the car.

Here's another question....
Did you check the 25A fuse labeled "Wiper" on the lower right of your fuse panel?
The yellow wire on the wiper motor plug should have 12 volts when the key is in the 'ON' position regardless of the position of the wiper / washer switch.
