71, looking to convert to power windows over time.

Have picked up some 'used' regulators on auction site, but gears worn to point of non use. I know I can put a 'kit' on the gear but would prefer to avoid.

ANY feedback on quality of fit on AFTERMARKET PW regulators? and is there any difference or are they all coming from same factory offshore?

I used a Dorman part on another brand vehicle a few years ago and the 'screw head' (rather than flat factory style rivet) would (and still does) hit the arm as it goes up/down).

OR should I just keep looking for a decent set of used GM/OEM regulators?

Thanks for any experiences with the aftermarket regulators.

I purchased some aftermarket regulators from Corvette Central.

I don't know where they are made. It doesn't say on the box or regulator.

I can tell you that they worked perfectly on my repair.

Seemed like pretty good quality parts to me.

There are two regulators, imported and USA made. The imports have the wrong rollers on them the USA made have the correct.

I currently have the USA made regulators on sale for 140.00 ea.
