75 corvette ,in bare fiberglass,dose it need to be sealed or primer sealed before paint? the color chosen is PPG COPPERHEAD orange metallic basecoat clearcoat . Can the primer be tinted to PPG DP 75F Red -Brown,to get the color different

The color,was devloed by STACY DAVD ,tv show host, and PPG 2010 I ,believe ,Stacy was redoing a 71 c10 . Owner wanted 50s/60s coppertone. Satacy wanted newer paint. The truck came out beeauutiful. I was my 2nd choice.1st was maibu orange metallic basecoat clearcoat ,until I saw this. THANK YOU ALL FOR REPLING
