I have a 69 corvette coupe. I'm looking to install some type of huger shorty headers on the car. air pump disconnected and lines are blocked in the existing manifolds. I need the headers to bolt up to my existing exhaust manifold pipes as the are brand new and I really don't want to cut them ,Any help guy's or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks. what do you think your going to gain from shorty headers? No performance increase.

This is a common question. Make sure to do a search.

The short version is there the factory 81/82 and early C4 manifolds but they do require welding the AIR ports shut.

In the aftermarket there are a couple units that look very close to fitting the stock exhaust flange/donut. A quick search shows these threads.....
