Default Electrical circuit board in the rear storage unit

Does anyone know what electrical components are located in the rear passenger storage unit. It looks like a circuit board and maybe some relays. Not sure what they are for, can anyone help

Depending on options, you could have the intermittent wiper delay module in there as well as the rear defrost relay. The orange box in the picture below is the wiper module.

Thank you so much for all of that information and the picture. I'm just pulling this thing out of a 3 year hibernation for a partial restoration, it will be fun. I really appreciate these forums, the wealth of information is awesome and everyone is always willing to help, thanks again. Paul

If your module is bad the wipers won't work... so if they don't you can by-pass the module to make sure the motor works.

You'll find a ton of info on the wiper system at this link http://repairs.willcoxcorvette.com/?yt=1980&s=wiper

Here is how to by-pass the module for testing.
