broken door mechanisms
Buddy of mine just got an '81. Sitting up teen years.
the door opening linkage has broken on both doors and he can't get them
open. Can any one show me a method of
opening doors in these circumstances . I think you have to fish through the window openings. The door panels are on both doors. Electric windows.

Is your friend certain the doors are not locked?

If your window is rolled down,look down from the top and find what the arrow is pointed in the pic... Use a long screwdriver and try to set it on where the arrow is in the pic and then push down on it,the door will open... Good luck...
