A week or two I requested any info on how to addresss vacuum fitting interference between a Holey Demon on a Edelbrock performer. I received one not to helpful answer.

Some research and lo and behold a special low profile vacuum fitting for this particular combination. Just go to Amazon and enter holley low profile vacuum fitting. Price app. 15.00

I responded Jan 5th: go to EBay motors and in the search box enter:
"low profile vacuum fitting". I believe there was three units, some were $20 another was $30+. So, you did better than I did at $15. Some aluminum, some brass.
Did you see the product promo picture of the $30 fitting just clearing the Demon pump on EBay? Thats what made me think of EBay.

The other posters answer was, well, not so good.

My Demon has a hole in the rear of the baseplate that is unported vacuum. You just need a piece of 3" pipe and a coupler. About $3.

I like the looks of the carb port. A little closer to the PB booster. Don't look now, but there is a volcano erupting at your manifold vac port. I have found a really low brass fitting to plug that, I believe at NAPA. It was barely 1/4" tall, hexagon pipe plug.
