Anyone running a sway bar with a rear Sharkbite suspension??
Title says it all basically...
I recently replaced the rear suspension on my '69 coupe with a Sharkbite with their medium 300# rates coils. Seems pretty stiff and to re-install the rear sway bar with tire clearance I will have to have sway bar bent inwards slightly; about 3/8" on each side. This will cause the vertical attachment hardware that connects to the trailing arms to tilt inwards slightly. I don't believe this will be an issue as the rubber grommets and length of the bolts will only make them at only about a 10' angle.
Thanks!
