Do you mean the ones holding the caliper bracket to the spindle that also capture the shields?
Check this link, the actual torque value isn't listed anywhere as those came to GM as an assembly.

As for the torque, general consensus seems to be 50-70 on the lower bolts and 90-120 on the upper.
I used 70 (chassis manual and Van-Steele) and 120 (no solid reference found)
If it's a newer chassis or something else you're looking... I'm not sure
