Default Next upgrade?

Considering what I want to do to upgrade my 69 427 Vette. I am thinking either adding vintage AC (non original AC car) or factory style side exhaust.

I love the look of the factory style side exhaust but I am aware I will need to replace the rear panel with a filler panel and match the paint. Not a small inexpensive job. Thinking around $4,500 all in?

Vintage AC would be really nice in the southeast Texas heat. Thinking around $5,000 installed?

Both similarly priced upgrades. What say you?

Texas heat. Easy choice. Install A/C. Make sure the cooling system is up to the task of keeping the engine from running hot especially at idle and slow moving traffic.

Go with the AC first
I just bought from Original Air I think it was $500 kit and the condenser $290

I installed the compressor but I am having an issue with the hose that connected to it. Hopefully all get it done this week.
