If you are referring to slight steer wheel movement to constantly correct car direction I know the feeling. That's why my 69 got the borgeson steer box conversion. The control valve on the hydraulic cylinder is the cause of problem, it's inherent in that type of design. It has a small amount of play between movement of the plunger changing direction which is necessary for change of direction of fluid flow. Also make sure that the steer box is adjusted properly with a slight drag at the center position. The C3, C2 steer boxes do wear out and need to be right on for proper operation with OEM type steering. The steering was basically a late 50s design with a POWER ASSIST cylinder added for ease of steering. T
The fork lift industry started using that design in the mid to late 50s.

Just some thoughts. In addition to what was mentioned.

The integrity of your tie rod ends, ball joints and idler arm. Also front wheel bearings.

The alignment was not set correctly and the toe may need to be checked again.

A bad or worn steering coupler.

Tire pressure checked.
