Default Lock Cylinder retaining bolt

A friend and I just got our hands on an 82 that needs a little TLC. The previous owner removed the lock cylinder, and the retaining bolt does not seem to be in the small parts box, so the PO either dropped it down the steering column or lost it. It's been a long time since I've had one of these open, and I cannot remember if it is just a taper head machine screw, or something special I will have to find. Can anyone provide some info? Thanks.

Specialized. I don't think they changed from when when they began to use them. A used one should be easy to find.
