T.I. distributor pole piece adjustable?
Removed my T. I. distributor to replace the vacuum advance. When I rotate the shaft, one pf the points on the stationary pole piece hits the points on the shaft. Before I mess something up, can I loosen the three stationary pole piece screws and move the pole piece so it no longer hits? Is there a spec for the clearance between the points? Thanks.
