Default Help!! Desperate.

Decided to work on my interior today. Replaced the 2 side air vents and apparently accidentally disconnected something. Now car will not turn over. Battery is good. Started this morning before I decided to work on it. Photo below is the only thing I can see disconnected but have no idea what it is or does. Does anyone recognize it?

Is there anything plugged into the blade on the fuse box labeled IGN?

If my diagram is correct for the fuse panel, (labeling is mostly wore off), the bottom left fuse is the ignition control, and fuse is good.

Did you short anything out while under the dash? Can you provide a list of what does and does not work? Specifically head and interior lights, starter, radio, horn.

This is my 81 fuse block. It appears that your loose wire connects to fuse block between wiper and stop hazard fuses. its labeled ACC

Pretty sure that brown with white tracer is the culprit, although it's very vague in my memory. Something about power to a carb solenoid and will interrupt the start circuit, look up your wiring diagram. Doc Rebuild has the best wiring diagrams complete with actual pic of the connectors etc... must have for a vette owner.

81BV, that's a nice looking fuse block! No Bubbas' been in there.

Even though battery showed 12 volts, I left it on the trickle charger all night. This morning car starts. (:
