Default 79 L82 sensors in heads: what are they for?

I got my heads off the block this weekend and removed the sensors from the heads (broke one; the other survived). Now what are they?

Im assuming the top one in the picture is the engine coolant sensor (one connector); if so, whatís the other on on the bottom? (The one I broke.)

Top one is a temp sensor for your gauge or idiot light. The bottom looks more like a temp switch, maybe to an elec choke until the engine warms.

I donít think the 79s had an electric choke; I believe that started in 1980.

Anyone know which sensor would be on which side? (I can track it down from where the wires go but I forgot to pay attention to which came from where...)

Left side for the temp gauge; right side for the L-82 auxiliary electric fan.
