vacuum connections at carb... all look correct
On the left (smaller hose) is heater system vacuum. My headlights lift electrically now. On the right (larger hose) is my pcv.
Brake booster hookup.
Dizzy vacuum advance
Can you spot the repurposed Ducati part?

No. But I do see a allan head NPT pipe plug at the rear of the intake maybe. If it were mine, I would get a single brass 90* fitting and run the PCV hose to that. In my opinion, that would force oily residue into the intake and away from any carb parts, instead of the way you have it now. I have never liked the idea of introducing blow-by into a carb via an air cleaner base or a throttle base plate. I know its been done for decades but no carb needs to lubricated with oil by-products, IMHO.

By the way the Ducati bike part is the sano rubber tie wrap on the fuel rail securing the choke wires and vacuum lines. I drive the local Ducati shop parts guy crazy as I like using them for all sorts of stuff.

FYI....it does not matter one bit which side the PCV and Breathers are on.......
Use a Mr. Gasket baffled rubber grommet to help with the seepage you are getting.

Post #22 also shows (incorrectly) to run the dizzy vac adv hose to the "timed port". Everybody knows not to do that.
I'm just saying I prefer not to introduce oily by products anywhere near my Holley primary throttle. I have seen what blow-by does to intake plenums. It turns them black.
So, IMHO its much wiser to use the NPT vac port on the number 8 intake runner that almost every intake has. Let cyl #8 burn that crap off.
But hey, its your engine. You can follow the rules or break them.
This winter I plan to install a oil catch can between the PCV and the intake vac port.

Avid Hot Rodders know that the dizzy should receive FULL vac from a full vac port, at the front of the carb. Then move your PCV hose to the intakes rear NPT plug using a 90 degree brass or chrome fitting. All your contaminated crud will be burned off with the intake runner to # 8 cyl.
I believe I saw your intake manifolds vac plug in the photo. Appears to be an allen head plug?
