Fuel gauge resistor on a '77

Does anyone happen to know the value of the resistor that is on the back of the fuel gauge on a '77?

I saw their video on youtube but did not know about this tech paper, thanks. l am getting about 90 ohms, so will need to dig deeper to see what the problem is.
