Default Troubles with Fitech EFI

Hi All

has anyone got any learnings on setting up a fitech? I'm having issues with hot starts and fast acceleration. Anything above 170f and it wont turn over.

I have tried everything I can see online and trying to get through to fitech themselves.

thanks

peter

No experience with Fitech but if wont turn over above 170 either timing too advanced, bad starter, weak battery, poor electrical connections.

Are you running a return line in your fuel system? Vapor lock is a common issue for hot starts as well.

I've been considering a FiTech system and have been reading up on them, are you using the command centre or an inline or in tank pump? When you say it won't turn over, do you mean the engine is not rotated by the starter motor or that it is not firing?
