I think you'll have the carpets real soon. Once an order is put in it ships the next day. I don't remember where you are located but I'd guess 2 working days so hopefully you got them yesterday or if not I'd guess you'll have them Monday.

unfortunately I'm 2200 miles from home and don't have access to it right now.

I'm sorry to put this in the forums but it seems you're getting these messages better than through the Willcox service emails...
I did receive the replacement front carpets today and I think they look awful!!! I've attached a couple of pics of the binding on this set and it would appear ACC used a roller coaster design instead of a straight line (in the first shot you can see the original ones they sent me behind the newer ones and you can see the straight cuts)...
I would like to just take the original set which are at least cut straight where the binding would go, have them bound and be reimbursed for the cost (can't be much!!).

Michael,
Let me call Tommy tomorrow. Our system went down Friday and I couldn't log in from Friday until this morning. The issue is I'm 2200 miles and three time zones so it's 1.23 am here and 4.23 at home. I just now got back to our room and saw your post. If you emailed these pictures great, at around 10 tomorrow morning eastern time I'll be able to log on and forward them to ACC. I'm not sure what happened and I need to look at the original pictures that I sent you... did you? Was the binding straight on the originals I sent you pictures of... I'm not sure.
You don't need to apologize for posting this here. Issues will always happen and it's sad I'm hand strapped by the time zones and the fact that I'm on vacation right now so please have patience, and I'll do everything possible.

Thanks much...please be on vacation and hand this off to someone else!!
As for the originals, yes the binding lines were reasonably straight...not ruler edges but not this wavy pattern you see in my pics.
Thank you again...

Along with the storms taking out our system this past weekend, my laptop tanked this morning with the dreaded "no harddrive" error message.
Anyway, it's been replaced today and I sent Michelle another email tonight.
I'll be online tomorrow around noon to check on her reply. I even offered to send them the originals back to them.

Tomorrow UPS is picking up both sets of the fronts, ACC will bind the first set and return them to you asap. Once received they will bind the back edges and ship them the same day.

Ok, I'll box em up when I get home tomorrow evening and ship em out. Seems like it would sure be easier (it would definitely be FASTER!) to have the first set bound myself...can't imagine the cost of the shipping would be less than having a couple of feet of carpet bound!

I'm still watching it for you though... vacation or not. I'll tell you that a bloody Mary is in my future this morning... I'm in Ventura Ca. today heading for San Diego to visit with some old friends.

Well ACC is willing to eat it... so I'd just box them up and let UPS have them.... I'm sorry for the problem....

Ok, I boxed both sets up and dropped them at the UPS store. I guess we will see what happens. If these come back screwy AGAIN, I will be done with this process and contacting Willcox to discuss refunds, but I do thank you very much for your efforts!

Micheal, while I'm tying to stay on top of this as much as possible, I'm sure if they received them they will be on it for me. I don't know or have the tracking numbers, if you have them and tracked them I'm sure they'll get it done for you. ACC is really good at these things.... .just hang in there for me. I'm tried as hard as possible to stay on top of this.
