Guldstrand slalom spring rates
I have Guldstrand slalom springs on my sbc 69.
I am contemplating switching to a fiberglass spring in the rear.
Does any one have information on what the actual spring rates were for Guldstrand's slalom springs?
Any one use Van Steel's shortened 400# rear spring with 8" bolts and have the rear ride height to high?
Van Steel's shortened 400# is probably the only choice left now, but would like to know before purchase.
I am happy with the balance and ride height of the car now and would like the new glass spring to have the same rate and arch.
I want to know what the Gildstrand slalom spring rates were for front and rear.

Guldstrand used all of the stock stuff basically (F-41 7 leaf, the 5 leaf Daytona spring).
The only stuff he sourced outside of the GM part numbers was the 550lb fronts, and the shortened bottom rear leaf, unless you wanted higher than that!
