I am looking to buy new wheels, wanted to get some things straight before buying anything.

Whats the widest wheel I can fit in the rear, with out having issues?
What the biggest wheel I can have in the rear.
Whats the biggest wheel I can have in the front and still have a full turn, with no rubbing against anything.

Steering is manual, would thinner tire up front be easy to turn at very low speeds?
And what would be that thin size?
Would that thin size decrease my handling?

Any suggestions on modern looking wheels but not too expensive.

You could go with anything from a 15" X 8" wheel to 18" X 8" wheel and have no clearance issues depending on back spacing and tire sizes.
There are many threads regarding wheel and tire sizes for C3's.
There is one thread that has continued for several years "Share Your C3 Upgraded Wheel/Tire Combo's ".
Plenty of information and excellent photos.
You may get better responses by finding a wheel you like and asking if a certain size will fit your 75.
