Hi '75. Enjoying the weather, when it's not raining. So, should I remove both stabilizer links, put the car on the ground, and see whether that will drop the RR w/o?

Worth a shot. Cant do any harm. Might be a bit of a handful if you drive it though.

Measure half shaft angles. Most smartphones can measure angles with an appropriate app. Are the half shaft angles equal left to right? Measure frame height from the ground. Is it the same left to right?

Since your two fronts are 3/4 inch off from each other I would start there. Pull one sway bar link so it has no effect. Jack the car in the rear center so it's 3 legged. The two front fender heights need to be more equal than 3/4 inch before you continue. (It could be due to the way you cut or indexed the front coils.)
