Borgeson return line

Borgeson return line
The return line out of the pump goes almost straight down. The return line from the Borgeson box comes back from the top. It needs to make a 180 degree bend in a tight radius. This would normally kink the line. I found this little 3/8 180 degree barbed tube on eBay for about 5 bucks. Cut a short piece off the return line and used it from the pump to barb then ran the return line down with the pressure line to the other side of the barb. Nice clean bend and no kinking of the line. I’m sure others have dabbed up something like this bu this was a cheap easy deal that works well.

There is a 1.25 inch radius and a .75 inch radius, any suggestion on which? Thanks for the info guys, I ordered the .75 radius and expect it will solve my nipple orientation problem and a lot of extra work.
