Can you give me a hand with this very frustrating issue? When you have the car running and turn the headlights on both driver and passenger sides headlight doors come up at the same time just fine. But when you turn the headlights off, the drive side closes fine and fast but the passenger side stays up for 3 to 5 seconds longer then closes. I switched relays but the issue continues. Does anyone know what cause this and or how to diagnose/test the system? (Tools needed?). Thanks.
Hello Rod,
Headlight problems can be pretty frustrating.
Here's a link to the 75 headlight system.
Perhaps this will help you figure out what's going on.

Thank you very much. Seems the activator is not holding a vacuum. Strange it was holding a vacuum for up but not down. Then after another test 15min later both up and down not holding a vacuum. I ordered a new one. Hoping this will do the trick. Thanks again!!!
