It could be very sweet, but you do not know what you are really getting here.
The pad looks like it has been decked and restamped. The etchings/crosshairs make it look like it has been sanded down. The stamped numbers looks too new and the characters are bigger than on my block.
A review of the sellers previous auctions appear that he could have assembled this motor from parts purchased on ebay.

Why would anybody stamp a VIN into the block if they don't have the car to put it in? Because of that, I would be leary about the quality of the engine/rebuild.
