Default Need to disconnect 75 Alarm

I think that my battery drain is somewhere in the factory alarm. It doesn't work anyway. Where does the alarm get its main power? I just want to cut the wire and see if that fixes my drain problem.

Wished I could help, Paul. I looked in my copy of the assembly manual and it doesn't label the color of wires. Looks like they go from the fender switch to the fuse panel right above brake pedal or clutch pedal area. Looks like they could be tied in with the instrament lights.

Good luck.

This is on the same circuit as the interior lights, clock, lighter fuse. It is the 3rd from the bottom on the left of the panel.
