Default Speedo adjustment for new gears

I recently went from 308 to 355 gear ratio. The stock speedo drive gear in the T350 has 21 teeth. I went up to 22 teeth and it appears the speedo is even further off?

Any knowledge shared would be appreciated

You went in the right direction by increasing toothe count. You need to slow the speedometer down. I recently changed from 3.08 to 3.73 and changed the speedo gear from 21 to 25. I might need a 24 to make it accurate. You should be close with 22, maybe 23. In any case, due to differing tire diameters, its not an exact science.

There was just a post on this the other day.. I found this site to be semi helpful...http://www.tciauto.com/tech_info/speedo_gears.htm#350

The one in the post was:http://www.bgsoflex.com/speedo1.html

I'm still trying to figure out my speedo ger issue as well... mine's showing that i'm about 10mph faster than what I'm really going...
