They use the "don't use ebay contact seller" and don't list buy it now option so that way, if someone emails them to buy it, then the seller just de-lists it. Then the transaction is external to Ebay, and any rights that Ebay protects have been negated. Don't trust any that suggest delisting, unless you have personally seen the car, and are trading it and/or the title for cash.
Altthough anyone enough to buy a top flight for 8200 is just crazy. If the car DOES exist, its certainly not original.

Total absolute scam (click on "View Seller's Other Items"). Vehicle(s) do not exist and anyone who thinks there is even a slight chance this is legit deserves to get ripped.
E-Bay has a page for reporting fraudulent auctions. Use it! ( http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_inline/index.html ) The more people that report an auction, the quicker it will be stopped.

Wow...that was quick. I reported the auctions and within 15 mins. they were cancelled by E-Bay!
I guess E-Bay is getting on the ball with the fraud issues. Now if they can only educate certain dim-bulb users from responding to the "Your Account Is About To Be Suspended" e-mails...
