For what it's worth, you have my word as a gentleman, that is a candid photo. The vette has been parked like that several days a week at Lowell elementary school at Rawls and Franklin Rd in Indianapolis. I believe that the barracades are to prevent other cars from hitting the vette or backing into it.

There's never a legit reason to key up someone's car, not even when he's parking in a handicapped spot. You probably don't realize it but keying up someone's car is even lower than parking in a handicapped spot. I hope someone keys up your car, see how you like it then. ...stinking moron
