Default There's no such thing as a bad vette.....

just a bad owner. I saw this yesterday at a school (and I've seen it before). No handicapped plate or sticker. I'm sure that this owner has their own story, but everyone driving by probably thinks that 'vette owners think that they're better than everyone else!' That is a sharp car though and if the owner is handicapped, they need to get it marked. Man I would love to park my vettes like that but I couldn't put up with the abuse!

In my area that F'ers vette would be keyed from front to back. Gives us the address I may be with-in driving distance.

I saw the same thing at a restaurant, but it was a Viper, and instead they used cones on either side of the car so no one could park next to them...pompous sons of guns...I can almost understand them since my Vette has been knicked a couple of times, but if your that scared of crap happening either park in the middle of no where or don't take the damned thing out!

I know why people get like that though. I had a FRIEND that had a new paint job at one time on HIS vette. He parked just like everyone else does and a car parked next to my FRIENDS vette and the driver and rear passanger when getting out doored HIS car. When he came out to see what these aholes had done to HIS new paint job he promptly took out a knife and fixed the paint on their newer Lincoln for them.

I could almost see that if it were a nice C-3 or a real Classic muscle car but, a run of the mill large production run C-5??????????? Give me a break--to me it says more about the owner than the car.

He better have a handicrap sticker SOMEWHERE on that car or he's looking at a hefty fine. If I didn't have my ticketbook in the car, I'd be making a phone call to boost somebody's quota of tickets :mad

Thats the ticket, do some vandalisim on the car then go back to your car and wait for the guy to come back so you can see his expression.

He will have his 80 yr old grandmother with him who is using a walker. He had to take her out to get a prescription or whatever.

Not always but it could happen. Just a thought.

I don't condone vandalism, but Grandma or not...he better have the handicrap sticker VISIBLE or it will end up a VERY expensive trip for that prescription

After seeing it again, that HAS to be a staged photo to make Vette owners look like *******s. No one is THAT arrogant about their car.

I also think that it is a staged photo. What would be the point of having the baracades behind the car?
