Fixing cracks
Right now I don't have funds to replace my urethane front bumber cover so I figured I would try my hand at fixing the cracks myself. I know you are supposed to drill a releaf hole at the end of the crack but what if the crack is zig zagged to the left & right ? Should a releaf hole be drilled at each angle of the zig zag in order to keep the crack starting up again in the middle, or just drill a releaf hole at the end where the crack terminates ?

Drilling the ends of the cracks should do it
A relief hole will relieve the stress concentration at that location. Ordinarily, this is only critical at the ends of the cracks to keep them from spreading. If there is a really sharp angle in the middle, it would probably be a good idea to round it off some.
