I vote for copper.

Been working great on my Supercharged 5.7L truck for years using ceramic coated headers.

I've used Percy's soft aluminum with great results. It forms to the exhaust port and seals the header. I had two header bolts come loose to only finger tight....NO LEAKS! Percy's tech recomended aluminum for moderatly modified engines...and copper for radical high HP.
