There are many out there for sale, some are nice but way overpriced in this economy. If you have been following Ebay you see the same cars relisted over and over again with no sale. Most don't come close to the buy it now price and the amount of bids are very low.
My buddy bought a fully restored show ready resto-mod conv 4 months ago for less than half of what the owner put into it. You are in a great position to find the right car with this market.
