It sounds like you have done almost everything. I am impressed with what you have done. 15K is VERY reasonable. How do the headlights work with the LS1 engine? Did you keep the EFI? GLWTS

The headlights are motorized so no vacuum to deal with. I have an LS6 intake with throttle by wire to take advantage of cruise control. The computer has been programmed by PSI and is reading to install.
I will be taking a loss at this price but I would like to see her go to someone who will finish and enjoy her!
